The United Association of Journeyman Plumbers, Gas Fitters, Steam Fitters and Steam Fitters’ Helpers of the United States and Canada chartered Local 3 as one of its own on January 2, 1890. Local 3 was at the forefront of developing the United Association during its initial, early years. Local 3 has always been committed to developing and growing Denver and the plumbing industry throughout the State of Colorado.
