Grand Junction Plumber and Pipefitter Campus

Campus Description

In 1937, twelve plumbers came together to submit Application for Charter to the United Association. And so, on May 15 of the same year, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #145 came into existence. On May 18, 1984, Leadership for UA Local 145 and the Signatory Contractors created the Western Slope Joint Apprenticeship & Journeyman Training Committee “to provide and effectuate training for apprentices and for the continuing education and training of Journeymen.” Today, Local 145 boasts over 350 members, 60+ apprentices and a very diversified membership.
